Overhead Systems: AERIAL

• System for automotive equipment in body shops and repair shops: overhead system and fixed systems

The equipment can supply lighting of rooms by a rail.Each machinery is able to translate horizontally and vertically by proper carriages and have fittings for:

- Electrical Energy (with fittings subdivided in industrial and/or interlocked plugs to deliver 24Vdc, 230V single phase and 400V three phase)

- Compressed Air Energy(fittings subdivided in dry air,regulated,and lubricated air)

- Fluids and oils to supply antifreeze liquid, oil of gasoline engines, oil of diesel engines and suction of exhausted oils.

- Suction and filtration for following uses :

1) Welding Fumes: by a special torch controlled by control panel it’s able to get and filtrate the smoke directly without aid of traditional large hoods

2) Sanding dust : by a special device controlled by our electronic control panel it gets and collects the dust.

3) Generic Dust (glasses, car interiors, etc, ...)

4) Exhaust Gas : for vehicles and trucks with suction and discharge by mechanical rolling devices or carriages with shuttles.
